Especially with VSG because, because I can not tolerate too much as is. So why waste time eating things that serve no purpose. May as well get in the good stuff, drop more weight and prevent the feeling of hopelessness. One thing I always needed when on any diet, was a shopping list or meal plan... Without it, I'd go back to the things I was used to eating like cake, and more cake.... and chips! But now, increasing my protein has helped heal things like my Gums and damn near cured gum disease.
